Escape Mapping

Maps sites that are adapted and non-adapted for each sequence, given a set of escape associations. ()
Details 
Given a published or user-defined set of escape associations and an HLA-linked sequence set, this tool will classify each HLA-associated site as Adapted or NonAdapted, and provide summaries for each subject.
